Ground-based sensors miss the plume. We fly to where the plume is.
Drone-mounted PM, SOx, NOx, CO, VOC and CH₄ sensors, flown to stack height and across the plume. Spatially resolved emission maps for compliance, stakeholder reporting, and early warning — not a monthly average from a fence-line monitor.
The problem
A single monitoring station tells you where the wind happened to be. Not where the emission is.
Regulatory AQM stations are positioned for representativeness, not granularity. When a complaint comes in, or a pollution board notice lands, the station data almost never shows the event — because the wind blew the plume the other way that afternoon.
The gap between regulatory compliance and operational reality is where reputational risk lives. Drone-borne AQM closes that gap.
The solution
Fly the plume, not the perimeter.
- Stack-height sampling. Sensors flown to 50–300m to sample the emission at source, not after it has dispersed over the neighbouring village.
- 3D plume mapping. Raster grids flown across and downwind of the source produce a 3D concentration field — not a single number.
- Multi-parameter. PM1/2.5/10, SOx, NOx, CO, VOCs, CH₄, ambient T and RH captured simultaneously on a single airframe.
- Time-stamped & geotagged. Every sample is GNSS- and timestamp-tagged — admissible for regulatory and insurance use.
- Repeatable baselines. Lock a flight plan once; re-fly in minutes before and after any intervention to quantify the delta.
What you receive
Deliverables
Numbers your EHS team can file, language your community affairs team can use, and a map your GM can point to.
Emission map
Isopleth maps of each pollutant at each altitude band. Heat-mapped, georeferenced, and overlaid on satellite basemap.
Compliance summary
Concentration extrema, averages, and exceedance windows referenced against CPCB / SPCB norms — the table your EHS lead needs.
Source attribution
Cross-referenced against wind direction and altitude to distinguish your plume from the neighbour's. Defensible in a hearing.
CSV archive
All point samples with position, time, altitude, and every measured parameter — yours to audit and integrate.
How it runs
A clean four-stage engagement
- ScopeWhat source, which pollutants, what regulatory norm, what the outcome needs to look like.
- FlySingle-day or monthly routine. Weather windows honoured. No source-throttling required.
- AnalyseEnvironmental engineers translate the raw data into compliance language and stakeholder narrative.
- DeliverMap + compliance summary + raw archive + optional monthly monitoring plan.
Getting complaints? Getting notices? Let's get data.
Send us the source and the worry. We'll come back with what can be measured, how often, and what it costs.
