The Flybi platform is the integrated stack behind every deliverable we ship — sensor hardware, capture orchestration, geospatial processing, AI analytics, and enterprise delivery. Purpose-built to take drone-captured data to industrial decisions without improvisation at any layer.

Architecture

Four layers, hardened in production.

Every Flybi deployment flows through the same architecture. Accuracy, reproducibility, and auditability are properties of the system — not dependent on a specific operator or project.

Sensor & Capture

Type-certified drone platforms with interchangeable payloads. Mission planning, terrain following, RTK anchoring. Calibration routines enforced per mission.

Geospatial Processing

Versioned photogrammetric, geophysical, and point-cloud pipelines. Every stage logs input hashes, code version, parameter set, and output checksums.

AI Analytics

Feature extraction, change detection, volumetric QC, anomaly scoring. Models trained on proprietary ground-truth datasets accumulated over every deployment.

Enterprise Delivery

Audit-grade PDF, signed CSV, DSM/DTM rasters, API feed. Handoff formats match where the customer actually works — ERP, GIS, finance systems.

Layer 01

Sensor stack & capture orchestration.

We operate a multi-sensor fleet — RGB, LiDAR, magnetometer, multispectral, thermal — on type-certified drone platforms. Sensor selection is job-driven, not preference-driven. Every capture is RTK-anchored, GCP-referenced where accuracy demands it, and metadata-stamped end-to-end.

Photogrammetric imaging

20 MP+ global-shutter cameras on RTK drones. Standard sensor for stockpile volumetrics, topography, and infrastructure inspection.

MAG

Magnetometer payloads

Cesium-vapour and fluxgate magnetometers with sub-nT resolution. Tow-body and mast configurations for platform signature isolation.

LID

LiDAR & point cloud

Survey-grade LiDAR for vegetation-penetrating topography, sheltered stockyards, and linear-asset corridors.

MSI

Multispectral & hyperspectral

Used for spectral discrimination in exploration, environmental monitoring, and crop / land-use contexts on demand.

TIR

Thermal infrared

Radiometric thermal for self-heating stockpiles, solar-farm inspection, and conveyor / infrastructure condition monitoring.

C&C

Mission command

Flight planning with terrain-following, no-fly-zone compliance, auto-RTH, swarm-capable command when mission demands. DGCA-aligned.

Layer 02

Geospatial pipelines — versioned, reproducible, audit-ready.

The most important property of an industrial intelligence platform is not accuracy in one run — it is the same accuracy on every run. Flybi’s processing pipelines are versioned, parameterized, hash-checked, and logged from input to output. A deliverable from six months ago can be regenerated byte-for-byte.

Layer 03

AI analytics — trained on industrial ground truth.

AI in this domain is only useful if it’s trained on the right data. Flybi’s models are trained on proprietary ground-truth datasets accumulated over every deployment — which means performance compounds with every site we measure.

Per-pile and per-block change between epochs, with anomaly scoring on unusual movement.
