We don’t build for the demo. Every line of code, every workflow, every pipeline runs against a real customer site within weeks.

You own a problem end-to-end. You ship it. You fly to site if that’s what it takes. We don’t do handoffs.

Accuracy is non-negotiable
We don’t ship "close enough". We reconcile against ground truth or we don’t ship. Work you do at Flybi will be defensible.

Geospatial Engineer (Photogrammetry + Pipelines)
Own the photogrammetric pipeline. Sub-5cm point density, reproducible runs, audit-ready outputs.
Engineering
ML Engineer — Industrial Ground Truth
Train models on our proprietary ground-truth corpus. Change detection, feature extraction, volumetric QC.
Operations
Chief Pilot / Operations Lead
Own DGCA-aligned aerial operations. Fleet, training, mission planning, safety culture.
Go-to-market
Enterprise Growth Lead
Own enterprise relationships across steel, thermal, and mining. Technical selling to senior operators.
