Monthly stockpile audit for an integrated steel plant.

Flybi replaced manual rope-and-tape surveys at a JSW Bhushan Power & Steel facility with monthly drone photogrammetric audits. Iron ore, coal, coke, and limestone piles are measured on a fixed calendar; outputs land in the finance system as audit-grade CSV with weighbridge reconciliation inside every report. Operations and finance now agree on a single, defensible number per pile per month — and statutory stock verification has simplified materially.

At JSW’s Netrabandha operations, Flybi ran a combined topographic-plus-stockyard programme: LiDAR-derived terrain for mine planning, plus photogrammetric volumetrics on ore and waste dumps. Outputs fed mine planning software and finance systems from the same capture campaign.

Key delivered: Site-wide DSM and DTM, per-pile volumetrics, change-detection baseline, GIS-ready vector and raster exports.

Coal stockpile measurement for Karnataka Power Corporation.

Flybi runs the monthly coal stockpile audit cycle at KPCL’s Raichur Thermal Power Station (RTPS) and Ballari Thermal Power Station (BTPS). Coal inventory drives PLF reporting, fuel-cost reconciliation, and statutory filings; Flybi’s audit-grade format was designed to satisfy statutory stock verification, not survive it. Reports include self-heating thermal overlay, stacking and reclamation volumes per period, and full audit trail.

Flybi executed a drone-borne aeromagnetic survey over a greenfield exploration block in Uganda for SSGC, delivering TMI, analytic signal, first vertical derivative, Euler depth solutions, structural lineament mapping, and a ranked set of drill targets with confidence scoring. End-to-end engagement from mobilization to interpretation memo was compressed into weeks — at a fraction of the cost and timeline of fixed-wing equivalents.

Survey-grade LiDAR topography at an active iron-ore mine for Mincheri. Deliverables included bare-earth DTM under vegetation, pit geometry at epoch, overburden dump volumetrics, and a change-detection baseline for subsequent monitoring epochs.
